Membership - Federation of Indian Plywood & Panel Industry

Federation welcomes interested organized establishment whether wood based panel producer or agro based panel producer as a regular member.

There are three classes of membership as:-

1. Ordinary

2. Associate and

3. Affiliated

ORDINARY MEMBERS

Manufacturers of Reconstituted Wood Products – Plywood, Particleboard, Fireboard, MDF, Furniture and Laminates are eligible for Ordinary Membership for which membership subscription is payable on the basis of annual sales turnover.

The rates of subscription has to be calculated on the basis of Annual Sales Turnover as below :

Upto Rs. 200 Lakhs	: Rs. 10,000/-
Over Rs. 200 Lakhs and upto 700 Lakhs	: Rs. 15,000/-
Over Rs. 700 Lakhs	: Rs. 25,000/-

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS

Persons or companies engaged in trading or industry subsidiary to Plywood and Panel Industry and also Wood Working Machinery Manufacturers are eligible for Associate Membership on payment of fixed membership subscription Rs. 5,000/- per annum.

AFFILIATED MEMBERS

Associations of Plywood and other Woodbased Panel Manufacturers are eligible for Affiliated membership also on fixed membership subscription of Rs.5000/- per annum.

NEW MEMBERSHIP OTHER THAN RECONSTITUTED WOOD PRODUCTS MANUFACTURERS

Since the Reconstituted Wood (Plywood, Particleboard, Fibreboard, MDF, is an integral part as raw material of Furniture and Laminate industry that is why the FIPPI utmost tries to bring country’s Furniture and Laminate manufacturers under the FIPPI’s umbrella so that this Federation will be able to highlight the various problems of the same industry before the Government and other Government agencies as well as to upgrade the products on the international level or standard through various information guidance etc.

The subscription for Laminate Manufacturers is Rs. 10,000/- per annum. While the subscription of Furniture manufacturers is as slabs of subscription indicated in case of Ordinary Membership.

The FIPPI is happy to inform that meanwhile some Furniture and Laminate manufacturers in the country have enlisted as Ordinary member of this Federation.
